The Big Idea
Capua Law, of Boone, North Carolina and Miami, Florida, is a team of attorneys with a focus on business, construction and employment law. They represent a wide range of clients, from individuals to very large companies. Upon relocating from a larger market, Capua Law wanted to be positioned as Asheville’s most progressive and capable business and construction attorneys. They also wanted to be known as the go-to resource for construction law and seen as an expert for the growing Asheville construction market.
The Strategy
Capua’s story is Paul Capua. The core strategy was to build a personal brand for Paul and create the Capua Law story as an extension of him and his expertise. We designed a beautiful brand that positioned Paul, his Italian roots, his big-city flair, and his passion for the art of law as a “renaissance lawman.” His logo reflects the art of DaVinci and his ability to “artfully construct” a defense or to “masterfully craft” effective solutions to complex problems. Our strategy for them not only includes a beautiful new aesthetic but disseminates that brand style throughout their literature, website, and online content.

The Impact
Capua Law is now able to conceptualize a better version of their brand and marketing strategy based on the tools we provided them to run their business with more impact and efficiency. They built their annual retreat around the concepts Kudzu provided them, and they now feel confident about their growth model moving forward.
