The Big Idea
Kaizen Homes are simply built well. Their homes are largely built in the area surrounding Asheville, and all have a detail-oriented and user-friendly design with a focus on aging in place (AIP). They are also all ENERGYSTAR certified, ensuring they are energy efficient for future savings and thoughtfully designed with convenience in mind. Kaizen sought assistance from Kudzu Brands with creating a brand that showcased them as a premier custom home builder. Additionally, they wanted to share their passion for healthy, sustainable homes and strong, honest relationships. Not to mention, they aim to attract clients who desire improving the community in which they build and live.
The Strategy
We assisted Kaizen by developing a strong brand and brand mark that represented thoughtfully-built, energy-efficient and fully custom homes. Ideally, these homes are developed in high-end and luxury communities that value sidewalk neighborhood familiarity. We ensured that the Kaizen brand matched its name and represented a construction company that can provide full design and build services coupled with white glove service and a building process that supersedes industry best practices.
