HBC CPAs is a full service CPA firm located in Abingdon, VA. They offer a wide array of accounting services including tax planning and preparation, consulting, business valuations, accounting, audit, reviews and compilations, payroll processing, bill payment services, business advisory services and litigation. They provide these services to individuals, governments, coal companies, financial organizations and other professional and service companies to help them achieve their financial goals. This legacy accounting firm had a goal of increasing their business by 20% per year. This was to be achieved by creating an uplifted brand, a beautiful new website and an effective marketing plan.
The Strategy
We recommended this firm be positioned as big city expertise with small town service, which we then conveyed through their new brand language. We also crafted a new brand that modernized the firm’s image while retaining their warm, approachable feel.
