The Big Idea

HomeCare Connect strives to provide high quality home care services for workers’ compensation insurance companies and employers. Serving clients nationally, they provide a comprehensive range of home health care services, durable medical equipment and medical supplies. They coordinate everything related to care, medical supplies and equipment delivered in the home to workers’ compensation patients. They also provide orthotics, prosthetics, home modifications and post acute care transition services.

HomeCare Connect wished to develop and define a consistent and appealing brand and well-defined supportive collateral that better communicated their breadth of services and expertise in the market. By creating impactful messaging and a recognizable brand mark that is continuously implemented throughout the entire organization, HomeCare Connect’s goal was to elevate their market presence and attract new clients.

The Strategy

In order to accomplish their Big Idea goals, HomeCare Connect worked with Kudzu Brands to go through a brand refresh that included establishing effective brand language to be used in all inward and outward facing content. This bank of language was used within all collateral content and online marketing. The brand refresh incorporated a renewed aesthetic that maintained the existing brand equity that HomeCare Connect had in the market but also elevated it to reflect a modern and innovative healthcare company.

The Impact

HomeCare Connect rolled out their new brand language and elevated aesthetic to the market in Spring 2020. Overall the impact of their work with Kudzu Brands was a more consistent presence in the market and sales materials that distinctly communicated their superiority in their market. They continue to see increased sales activity due to their new brand identity.
