Indiana Vein and Laser Center (IVLC), founded by Marcus A. Jimenez, MD, FACS is the midwest’s premier vascular surgery center. Offering two convenient locations in the Fort Wayne and Fishers, Indiana communities, Dr. Jimenez is known as the preeminent authority on the treatment of venous disease and his state-of-the-art clinics provide expert and professional care.
Both of Dr. Jimenez’s clinics continue to see opportunities for growth and to take advantage of these possibilities, Dr. Jimenez partnered with Kudzu to optimize the IVLC brand to attract new customers and increase services exposure with existing clients.
The Strategy
With that goal in mind, Kudzu helped IVLC evaluate and refine their current brand positioning, develop strategic plans, and implement tactical steps to achieve their goals. Kudzu has continued to support IVLC with ongoing social media management that targets the right audience, engages them to take action, and ultimately increases awareness and revenue. Kudzu also designed a new website for IVLC that aligned with their updated social media and better represented them as regional vein experts.

The Impact
Indiana Vein and Laser Center now has a refreshed brand mark, a new SEO-optimized WordPress website, established brand standards, and rebranded social media platforms. Improvements to the IVLC brand have resulted in a 255% increase in Impressions, a 145% increase in Organic Reach, and a 191% increase in New Likes on Facebook alone.
IVLC also has a new presence on YouTube and continues to run a series of successful Google Ads focused on increasing brand awareness and bringing patients to their two practice locations.
