IMOCO Inc. is a full-service contractor, offering comprehensive services for mechanical, industrial and commercial applications including design, build, installation, relocation, shutdown and maintenance.
IMOCO came to Kudzu Brands to improve and expand their brand awareness with area commercial, manufacturing and industrial businesses throughout WNC and Upstate, SC. They wished to regain lost mind share with area businesses as a result of an aging demographic and increase their brand equity with newly hired management.
They wanted to be positioned as an experienced and knowledgeable contractor that delivers expert work and “one-stop shop” service. Additionally, they wanted to create a mission-driven team that expanded their service capabilities and created a more loyal, collaborative and integrated culture that, in turn, increased sales revenues.
As one of the few commercial mechanical contractors in the area, IMOCO, with the help of Kudzu Brands’ strategic guidance, created in-roads with several new clients. Their ability to consistently communicate their service offerings and what makes their services unique ensured a better advantage over existing competition. It also allowed them to consider establishing a bigger geographical footprint and explore expansion opportunities in adjacent areas.
